In this photo, we can see the texture of a cracked wall. With this being a macro shot, the audience are able to see closely the cracks in both the paint and the cement. The positive point of this photo is that it is taken in a macro shot, this is a positive factor because it then really draws in the attention from the audience as the photo shows the finer detail than most textural photographs. The negative point of this photo is that the photograph is very plain, this is a negative factor because it means the photo will not stand out in people's faces for being a textural photograph. An improvement I would make to this photo, would be too apply different colours over the fine parts of the photograph using the lasso tool and hue and saturation tool. 

In this photograph, we can see the texture of many bricks and slates placed upon each other to create a wall. The camera shot is also shown to be slighted tilted to show more depth through the wall but also make the wall look like it is being slanted towards the audience. The positive point of this photo is the camera angle the photograph was taken in, this is a positive factor because it creates a tumbling feeling to the atmosphere to the audience but also the fact hat the texture can be seen throughout the depth of the photograph. I believe that this photo does not have a negative factor or improvement to reveal.

In this photo, we can see the texture of the rust but also wood of the side of a broken ship. As well as the texture on the close up shot of the boat, the audience can also slightly see the texture of the boat in the distance but also the broken pieces of wood located at the bottom on the sand with the seaweed. The positive point of this photo is that by using a close up shot of the texture of the boat, the audience can interpret a story of how the boat's wood has become old and rotten away, this is a positive factor because it creates the audience to think deeply but also give the boat personification as if it also had feelings and emotions. The negative factor is the boat in the distance is  distraction, this is a negative factor because it draws the attention away from the texture. An improvement I would make to this photo is to darken the background a little and keep the close up of the wood lighter, this would then let the focus maintain on the boats surface.

In this photograph we can see a macro close up shot of an old mechanical wheel covered in cobwebs, dirt and rust, which are all shown to be the rough texture. This photo is also taken in black and white, to continue the old feeling of the photograph. The positive point of this photograph is that by using a macro close up shot, the rough texture is shown extremely fine. This is a positive factor because it gives the audience the feel that they are able to reach out and actual feel the texture. I believe that this photo does not have a negative or improvement point too reveal. 

In this photograph we can see another macro shot of a bunch of ropes weaved in and out of eachother. This photo is also taken in black and white to resemble the old times of using ropes for nets and other interesting things. The positive factor of this photograph is that the weaving of the ropes brings in the attention to the texture, this is a positive factor because it creates the audience to wonder what the rope feels like and whether it felt frayed or smoothed. The negative point of this photo is that the black and white colouring can make the photo very plain, this is a negative because the photo becomes uninteresting and basic to the point the photo does not stand out well. An improvement I would make to this photo would be too place another colour such as sepia to make the photograph stand out more and look older as well.

In this photograph we can see a black and white macro shot of a shoe being stepped and bent onto a plank of wood. The background is also black while the texture off the rubber and material contrast against each other. The positive point of this photo is that there is a contrast between the texture of the rubber and the texture of the top of the shoe, this is a positive factor because it creates the audience to become focused on the textures closely, while the photo stands for it's meaning. I believe that this photo does not have a negative or improvement point to reveal.
